There are a number of different delivery options that are presented at checkout. Please ensure that you select the right one for yourselves. All orders are shipped either by Royal mail signed for or by a next day parcel carrier. All deliveries will require a signature. Our carriers have been instructed not to leave any parcels without a signature. NB: There will be a 1-2 day dispatch time.

Returns & Replacements
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods with the exception of cameras, edible items and personalised products. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens' Advice Bureau or your Local Authority's Trading Standards Office.

We pride ourselves on offering high quality products and first class customer service. When you receive your order, we want you to be 100% satisfied and nothing less! Therefore, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products except cameras, edible items, personalised products and special order items. Special order items are products that are a non-stocked item that we order in specifically for an individual customer. Please note that cameras, edible items, personalised products and special order items are non-returnable and exchanges or refunds will not be authorised on these type of items unless faulty or damaged.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call our customer care team on 07790 648695, or email us on sales@costumecupboard.com  within 7 working days of receipt of the goods if you require a refund or 28 days of receipt of goods for an exchange, so we can authorise your return.

Please note that all returns must be authorised and sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a refund or 28 days of receipt of the goods for an exchange, unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition.

When returning your items, please make sure to include the original invoice otherwise your returns procedure may be delayed. We advise that you return your items on a Recorded Delivery service that requires a signature for proof of delivery as we will not accept any responsibility for items that get lost in the post or undelivered. It is your responsibility to ensure items are safely returned to us within the required period.

It is your responsibility for the cost of returning the goods (unless goods are faulty or damaged in which case we reimburse postage). Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed once we've received your goods.

Ordering
Ordering is simple. place your items in the basket and click on checkout. Pay the final value in full and the order will be shipped. If there is an item that you are looking for and we do not have it displayed, please contact us and we will do our best to source it for you. We have access to all the major manufacturers, over 50,000 products. Sometimes an item may go out of stock. When this happens you will be provided with an estimated delivery date and an option to purchase an alternative product.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The price displayed at checkout is the amount needed to pay before any order will be released. please note that no orders will be shipped unless payment is received in full.
Viewing Orders
By logging into your account and clicking on the My Orders link, you can view a full order history for all your orders. Also the status of any pending orders will be displayed.
Updating Account Information
It is important that we have the most up to date information about yourself to enable us to provide you with the best possible service. Your account information can be viewed and edited by logging into your account and clicking on the Account Information and Address Book links.
